I'm doing high intensive workouts in the gym twice a week. Lately I told my trainer that I think I have wide set breasts and ask him to pick out some exercise that will make them closer. Now, I'm doing one that looks like chest flies but the dumbbells are not parallel to my body but perpendicular.
Has any of you already done this or other exercise for bringing the girls closer?
