Massaging and achiness? Is this normal?

I've been using FSO and massaging faithfully for the past 2 weeks. A few nights ago, a feeling of achiness and almost burning sensations woke me up. This happened when I was using Naturaful last month too.

Is this growing pains? This only happens at night when I'm asleep. ??
