Hi, I'm new around here, I would like to build myself a massage only program (Chi, Deer and Fat Brushing) since I don't want to take any supplement.
But I plan to use fenugreek oil to promote growth during my luteal phase, should I stick with fenugreek during my follicular phase or should I ditch it for another herbal oil or a simple oil like coconut or almond?
PS: I got heavy periods
